Our June speaker will be Jason Denesevich speaking about Terns of the Mid-Atlantic Region.

This is a photo presentation that will cover the 10 species of terns found annually in New Jersey, covering field Identification, aging, and preferred habitats. There will be slides of different ages, flight id, as well as comparison photos. This is a must-see program for those interested in learning about this amazing group of birds!

Jason  is an Associate naturalist with NJ Audubon, a Voting member NJ Rare Birds Records Committee, Seabird naturalist with Cape May Whale Watch and Research Center, and an Annual speaker at the Cape May Fall Birding Festival. In other words, he knows his stuff.
